Frank has been an active youth advocate in the Latino community for over 15 years. He has spent time working with Salt Lake CAP Head Start, ARTEC, Colors of Success, and Centro de la Familia — ranging from prevention to intervention service positions working directly with families and youth. Frank’s focus is to develop prevention programs that teach males how to enhance parenting skills through healthy fatherhood programming, and he continues to do so by creating alliances with other Utah agencies and fatherhood initiatives.
